Never regret

Never regret anything that has happened in your life. It cannot be changed, undone, or forgotten so take it as a lesson learned and move on.......
when i read this line i also decided to forgot everything but i'm not able to do this....its very hard to do...its easy to say forgot everything which was happened with you in past..but its very tough to apply in the life...i know nothing could be change but i have regret for everything was was happen with me....i can't say we can't move on but these things are always with us .....we never forgot....and its hurts alot everytime :(
i tried so many times to forgot everything because its hurts me so much but i can't....
